To browse and/or purchase equipment on our site:
- From the home page, browse the category and subcategory listings.
- Choose the product you would like to see by clicking on the Product Name.
- From the Product View you can make an offer or purchase contact the seller.
- When you click on the appropriate button you will be able to send your offer to buy, make an offer, or ask the seller a question.
- Use the Search box near the top of each page. Just enter a part number or a manufacturer's name.
Sellers

Create a new Seller account
- To begin selling your inventory, you must sign up for an account.
- Click Create Account on the left near the top of any page.
- Complete the New Account Registration Form, then click "Submit". You will choose your own password.
- Your account will be activated immediately.
- Click the My Account button at the top of any page to access your account then click on "Payment Method". Choose either a line item listing fee or purchase a subscription. Further down this page you enter your credit card information. Click "Submit".
- You may now begin listing items. Click "Add Product" at the top of your account page to post your items on the site.
- Each line item must be submitted separately.
- PartsForIndustry™ will be glad to enter your items for a small processing fee.
Already have a Seller account?
- Click the My Account button at the top of any page to access your account, fill in the 2 fields (e-mail address and password) and click "Login".
- If you have not previously chosen a listing or subscription option please do so now then click on "Payment Method". Choose either a line item listing fee or purchase a subscription. Further down this page you enter your credit card information. Click "Submit".
- You may now begin listing your items with our form. Each line item must be submitted separately.
- PartsForIndustry™ will be glad to enter your items for a small processing fee.
Don't know your password?
- Enter your e-mail address in the field provided and click "Get Password".
- Your password will be sent to you immediately by e-mail.

How To Send Your Photos
- Scan any photos that have not been taken with a digital camera. If you are using a digital camera you will download your images to your computer from your camera.
- Size your image to 250 pixels x 188 pixels, making sure that you keep the aspect ratio intact. This will keep your images from being distorted. If you are featuring an item on our home page, please include a thumbnail image that has been sized to 90 pixels x 68 pixels.
- Save your image as either a .GIF or .JPG (.JPEG) file type and name it with the part number of the item.
- E-mail us your images along with the corresponding item's part number (please telephone to get the e-mail address to use).
If you are unable to scan your images or do not have access to a digital camera, send your photograph to PartsForIndustry™ Customer Service and we will scan the photo and place it on the web site. Please note that Customer Service cannot send your photo back to you once you have sent it to PartsForIndustry™. If you choose this option please clearly mark your product part number, company name, and e-mail address on the back of the picture and send your photo to the following address:

We take every precaution to protect the privacy of your credit card information.
We utilize Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information (including credit card number, name, and address) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet from you to us.

There are three different options for listing inventory with PartsForIndustry™ along with optional seller features to promote your items.

Listing Process Options
- You may list your items using our online form (no additional charge).
- Should you choose not to use our online form, our staff can enter your items for you for a standard fee of US$2.00 per line item (up to 40 line items). If you have more than 40 line items and/or need assistance please call (888) 695-2000 for special pricing.
- We also have the ability to upload your items directly to our database. If you have a large number of line items this is the best method to place them online.Your items must be submitted in a format prescribed by PartsForIndustry™.
In order for our staff to list your items correctly, we will need the following information in Access, Excel, csv database, or tab-delimited database format. Contact us at info@partsforindustry.com and we will send you an Excel spreadsheet with explanations of what information should be in each field.
Commission
When a sale is completed the seller will pay PartsForIndustry™ a
commission fee of 10% of the final sale price.
Special Handling Fees
If, for any reason, a seller wants to remain anonymous throughout the buying
and selling process, PartsForIndustry™ will
assist with shipping and billing. Fees based on the services requested.
